What Type of Fingerprinting Is Required?

Most Arizona medical and pharmacy boards require Live Scan digital fingerprinting submitted through DPS. Some federal DEA registrations and out-of-state applications may require FBI FD-258 cards. Bring whatever paperwork your licensing board provided — we'll confirm the right format for you.
