The state of Arizona requires alarm agent applicants to submit a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card for certification. This is used to do a criminal background check. If you have been convicted of a crime this can prevent your clearance card from being accepted. You will not be able to get your certification without proof of a valid Level 1 clearance card.
