The state of Arizona requires every Appraiser license applicant to be at least 18. You must pay an application fee, submit the required forms, proof of citizenship, and a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card. The fingerprint clearance card will be used to perform a criminal background check through DPS. If you already have a valid Level 1 clearance card you can submit proof of that.
