The state of Arizona requires all nursing care administrators, assisted living managers, employees, and volunteers to go through a background check. You will need to submit a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card to prove that a background check has been completed. You will not be able to work or volunteer for any home health or assisted living agencies if you have a history of abusive or exploitative behavior.
