The state of Arizona requires all employees and volunteers working in a child behavioral health program to submit a Level 1 clearance card along with their application. The clearance card will be used to perform a background check. This is to ensure the safety of the children in the program. Anyone with a criminal background will not be qualified to work in a children behavioral health facility.
