The state of Arizona requires individuals to have at minimum a bachelor's degree in social work to become a licensed social worker. For a higher level of licensure, a master's degree in social work is required.
Each license application will require you to provide a transcript from your program, a valid ID, and a level 1 clearance card that will be used for the initial background check.
We at Fingerprinting Services Arizona will provide the level 1 clearance cards. Come anytime Monday through Friday. No appointment necessary.
