The state of Arizona requires all people applying for a street vendor license to be fingerprinted and photographed. The Level 1 fingerprint clearance card will be used to do a criminal background check. You will also have to go through other inspections to make sure your vehicle fits all the requirements. Any history of criminal activity can cause your application to be denied.
