The state of Arizona requires all wholesale dealer applicants to submit an FD-258 fingerprint card along with the rest of the application. This will be used to complete a criminal background check. Any previous convictions can prevent your application from being approved. In Arizona, wholesale dealers are able to conduct business from their own residence, but the property would need to be approved.
